JetPas is operated by JetPas, Inc., with its registered address at Lagos, Nigeria 500103. In this Policy, “JetPas,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that entity.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password credentials, profile information, role, and estate association.
- Estate and access information: estate details, unit or resident records, visitor names, visit details, QR or pass identifiers, gate-entry records, approvals, and security notes.
- Operations information: maintenance requests, billing or subscription records, service communications, incident records, and administrator actions.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location, log data, pages viewed, and feature interactions.
- Notification information: push-notification tokens and delivery preferences when you enable notifications.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting support, requesting a demonstration, or speaking with sales.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve JetPas, including to:
- create and manage accounts, roles, estates, residents, visitors, and access permissions;
- generate and validate visitor passes, QR codes, and gate-entry records;
- process requests, billing records, subscriptions, and operational workflows;
- send service alerts, security notifications, transactional messages, and support responses;
- authenticate users, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and protect the platform;
- understand usage, measure performance, and develop new features; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
4. Legal bases and permissions
Where applicable, we process information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, to provide a service requested by an estate or administrator, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating a secure platform, or because you have provided consent.
You can withdraw consent for optional communications or notifications at any time through available settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
5. Estate administrators and shared information
JetPas is often used by estate managers, administrators, security teams, and residents together. Your estate administrator may create or manage your account, view information relevant to estate operations, approve visitors, review access records, and configure notifications.
If you use JetPas through an estate, that estate may be the data controller for information it submits or manages. Contact the relevant estate administrator for questions about its practices or exercise of rights regarding estate-managed information.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- estate administrators and authorized users who need it for legitimate estate operations;
- vendors that provide hosting, authentication, messaging, analytics, payment, support, and infrastructure services;
- professional advisers, insurers, or purchasers in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Service providers are expected to process information only as needed to provide services to us and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
7. Third-party services
JetPas may rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including authentication, cloud hosting, push notifications, analytics, and payment providers. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of services you access through JetPas.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by record type and estate requirements.
You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting privacy@jetpas.com. Some information may be retained where required by law, needed for legitimate security records, or maintained by an estate administrator under its own retention obligations.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, role-based permissions, authentication controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information, and to receive a portable copy of information you provided. You may also opt out of marketing communications while continuing to receive essential service messages.
To submit a request, contact privacy@jetpas.com. We may verify your identity and coordinate with your estate administrator where the administrator controls the relevant information.
11. Children
JetPas is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
12. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and protect information in accordance with this Policy.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as JetPas evolves or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
